Description: The building of hotel Europe is located on the famous Wenceslas Square. It was built in 1889, its design was a masterwork of architect Belsky. In the 1903 - 1905 period the hotel was rebuilt into the art nouveau style. The building itself ranks amongst most remarkable architectural sights of the Wenceslas Square. Hotel provides 90 rooms and 3 suites. Part of the rooms is furnished in the Louis XVI. style.
The Wenceslas Square is the commercial and business centre of town. It is a modern "avenue" square full of shops, offices, cinemas, "take-away"style restaurants and structures as the National Museum or modern palaces with passages. Many of the historical events took place here.
